Round one was a recruiter call where they seemed interested and asked good questions, being open and honest about the role. Then there was a series of testing and exams to qualify. Round two was a video interview with multiple stakeholders. They seemed stressed and aggressive, which made me think about the culture. Round 3 was in-person and felt very corporate. The interviewers were okay, but the culture is going through something as they struggled to answer basic questions. They also failed to mention shifts start at 7am and require working very late on some accounts. What a waste of my time!!! Very white male dominated culture/ environment.

The interview process kicked off with a timed written exam that lasted about 2 hours, checking grammar and business letter writing skills. After that, there was an in-person interview with a group of four people. Then, another interview happened with three different people. The last interview was with the person I would have taken over for, and one of the interviewers from the first round. It wasn't the perfect fit for me, but I learned a lot from the process. The atmosphere felt really friendly and enjoyable.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They were looking for someone who is a team player, can manage busy calendars, and has a strong attention to detail for tasks like expensing and travel. The first round was with the admin team to assess cultural fit and skillset, focusing on past support experience and organizational methods. The second round involved meeting with potential people to support and the Office Manager, assessing comfort with an open floor plan, organization, and juggling projects. They emphasize cultural fit and presentation, preferring candidates who present professionally. They have rejected candidates based on appearance not aligning with company representation.
