So after you apply, the HR folks check your CV and cover letter to see if you've got what it takes for the internship. If you make the cut, you move on. Sometimes they throw in online tests too, to check how smart you are, what kind of person you are, or if you know your stuff technically. These could be things like aptitude tests (numbers, words, or logic stuff). Or situational tests, to see how you'd handle work situations. Then, a longer chat with HR to see if you vibe with the company culture and if you're really into the job. They might ask about what you know about HR, what you know about Jerónimo Martins, and what you want to do career-wise.

I applied online and the process was great! It was well-structured with clear communication. The first interview involved a video recording, followed by a technical exam with practical questions. The interviewer was very friendly.

We started with an email exchange and then set up a meeting for a get-to-know. Afterwards, they asked for my CV and explained the next steps. They also asked me to send more details about my studies and subject descriptions via email. I never received any answer or feedback after that.
