Behavioral Other

It was a very fair and relaxed conversation, no stressful questions. Mostly questions about my resume/career path. Salary and contract details were only mentioned upon request. Unfortunately, no concrete numbers were given for the salary, only a range, which seemed a bit intransparent.

Behavioral Other

First, there was a brief company introduction, then a review of my application form, and finally, a conversation about me and my previous work. Overall, the discussion was quite pleasant. However, when I stated my salary expectations, there was no further response. I'm giving it a negative rating because the position clearly didn't exist; they were just looking for candidates to fill their talent pool. Brunel promised to get in touch, but I haven't heard from them since.

Behavioral Technical

During the interview, I was asked some general questions about my resume and past experience. They asked if I can work all over Germany, if I am willing to travel, and if I understand the responsibilities of the advertised position. My C++ level was also discussed to better assess my technical skills.
