Software Engineer
The recruiter got in touch with me first. Then, I was given a coding challenge where I had to solve 3 algorithm questions, and I managed to finish all of them. After that, I had a technical interview scheduled, but unfortunately, I didn't perform well in that one.
- For the coding challenge, can you evaluate a string containing a mathematical expression, such as "2+3*4-7", and return the computed value?
Development Engineer
after a phone interview and few email exchanges, the hiring manager seemed very interested in my resume and set up a video call. He then asked for my availability for an on-site interview, but it was never scheduled, which reflects a poor recruitment procedure.
- Could you describe the most challenging problem you've encountered and solved?
Software Engineer
First, I got a call from the recruiter. Then, the hiring manager gave me a phone screen. After that, I had an onsite interview. The questions asked were quite good, a few were a bit tough. It felt like they wanted to check if I knew the fundamentals.
- How would you implement a design using object-oriented principles?
