Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bruegger's Bagels.
Baker
The interview process at Bruggers Bagels in Syracuse was brief and direct. They were also misleading, so I'm uncertain if it's the best workplace for everyone, though it might be for others.
- Were you able to commute or not?
Baker
It was a quick and easy process. Since I had prior experience, they focused on that. We also discussed the work hours and the number of days I would be working. They went over the oven and the hot process. Overall, it was a very relaxed experience.
- Can you describe your experience with making bagels?
Cashier
The interview was pretty basic, mostly asking about my previous work history. They offered me a shift supervisor role, which I turned down at first. I got hired pretty quickly, within a few days after the interview. The manager was really understanding about my school schedule and how flexible I needed to be.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
