I talked with my District Manager, and they asked me a lot about training and delegation. It was a simple process. Then, I spent a few hours working in the bakery to learn about Brueggers, which was fun and easy. I got to ask a lot of questions. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. They started with a phone call, then wanted me to come in person. There was also a background check involved, and I had to meet some of the higher-ups and complete a test. Ultimately though, the offer was too low to be worth my time.
