For me, being a teacher means helping others gain knowledge to develop society and make progress. It's also about helping people grow and live fulfilling lives, and empowering them to make changes in society or the country. A teacher's role is to teach, but teaching is a lifelong learning process, so a teacher must be open to new learnings as life presents different perspectives. Ultimately, a country's development relies on its individuals, and teachers hold the key to shaping these individuals.

The process was organized and simple. It was a multi-step process. The first interview was conducted on my college's campus. The next interview was on site. I interview with four partners from the Tax Department. Surprisingly, I did not feel intimidated one bit. Each professional was very welcoming and easy to talk to which made the process much more simple. During my on site interview, I was accommodated with a lunch at one of the local restaurants. After interviews, I was consistently updated on my status and what was next. I never had to wait long periods of time for responses. It was a great experience, and I could not imagine an interview process better than this one.

I only had one interview with this company and I left it feeling really good about it. My goal during the interview was to hit the points in the job description and show how my experience would be a great match. Mostly though, the interviewer seemed keen to talk about how the business landscape had shifted. It was a good conversation and I left with the strong feeling that I would get invited back for more interviews. I was surprised to get a call two weeks later to find out the role had already been filled. I did, however, appreciate that the person I interviewed with called me themselves. Although it was a bummer, it was a classy move.

I applied and interviewed on campus, which was convenient but not super detailed. I felt a connection with the interviewers, but they were in audit and I applied for tax staff. The recruiter was nice but didn't follow up like she said she would. I only knew the process was over because friends who got offers told me. They contacted me weeks later for an interview in a different department, which was interesting. While BSW seems like a good company, their Accounting Outsourcing department didn't seem that way. I was glad to have accepted another offer.
