First, there was a phone chat with a recruiter. After that, I had a video chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a video chat with the team I would be working with.

- The recruiter was really insistent on knowing why I left my last job, specifically if I quit or was fired and the reasons why. I really don't like this because it has nothing to do with the job I'm applying for and I'd rather focus on my skills for this role than why I left a previous one. It would be bad for me and the company if I didn't get a job I'd be good at just because of how or why I left a past job.
- Both the recruiter in the phone interview and the manager and work team in the video interviews asked about my past work experience and qualifications, and what my career goals are.
- The manager and work team asked how I would approach specific work tasks and situations during our separate video interviews. I dressed in a suit for the video calls, but they were dressed casually.

The interview process was great and they responded quickly. It was easy to communicate with everyone involved. The questions were fair and the interviews were quick. I felt very much in control of the process. I wish all companies had a process like this.
