I was contacted for an initial interview, but the role was unfortunately already terminated by the time I replied. It was a very nice conversation, though I wish there had been a bit more openness about why I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Technical

There were two to three rounds of interviews. They asked engaging questions about company activities, your personal accomplishments, and your entrepreneurial spirit. They gave plenty of time for you to ask questions, which suggests they expect thoughtful questions. The early interviews were with less senior employees, and the importance of the interviewers increased as you progressed.

I applied for this role through my university's career website. The first step was an on-campus interview, and then about two weeks after that, I had a Super Day. All the questions asked were behavioral; there were no technical questions. They were mainly interested in getting to know me better.
