The interview process was really focused on behavioral questions. They asked about my ability to work in teams, innovate, and what makes me unique. The whole process is really about fit, culture, and personality, but being passionate about finance and portfolio management is also important.

This was like interviewing with a super private company that moves like molasses. I talked to ten people on the team and they kept asking the same things and describing the job differently, which made me think they didn't know what they wanted. The HR team seemed to not care at all about the huge amount of time and effort I put in, and the fact that I had to rearrange other things in my life to do this. They also didn't reply to a nice follow-up email I sent weeks after the last interview, showing zero professionalism and basic respect.

Since the interview happened during the Covid emergency, it was all done online. First, there was a phone call with the Talent Acquisition team, about 15-20 mins. It was for another job, but I really wanted to work there, so when they said an EA job was opening, I said I was interested. Then, I interviewed with the people I would be supporting, which was really chill and nice. Lastly, I met with other colleagues and the operations manager. All these interviews happened over about 6-8 weeks.

This interview process took two months, which I found to be a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them as they don't respect a candidate's time. It began with a 20-30 minute recruiter phone call. Then, about two weeks later, I had a Zoom interview with two people from the onboarding team. Three weeks after that, I went through four rounds of interviews with eight employees and managers. Two weeks later, they had me come in for an office interview and lunch with the entire Charlotte office team. Then, after two weeks of silence, I contacted HR and was told I'd get an update the following week, only to receive an automated rejection.
