Intern
The hiring process started with a group interview at IEL in Curitiba, which was pretty relaxed. On the same day, those who passed got a business case to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and send it the next day, also quite easy. The ones who passed this stage were then invited for an interview at Brose in São José dos Pinhais. When we got there, they asked us to give a short self-introduction in English. Then, we had to present the case we had emailed. After this, they entered the room and announced they would select 3 people out of the 8 present to move forward. They called out the names, and those not called could leave. I was one of the three chosen, and then we had an individual interview. They explained that the three of us were approved for the position; one would start in January, and the other two would be put in a talent pool for future openings, without needing to reapply. They also said they would email us the results. I never got any feedback from the company, only an automated message from IEL saying the process had closed. I don't know if the other two were contacted, but it seems they weren't.
- What would you do if someone from another department asked you to do something?
- What would you do if your colleague from another department was late with a task you need to continue your work?

- How would you handle multiple people asking you for things simultaneously?
Intern
The first phase is the opening, where you start with self-introduction, talk about the department size, and what you will be doing in this department. Then comes the interview phase, covering strengths and weaknesses, professional experience, important qualifications, and reasons for choosing this university. Finally, there are follow-up questions about compensation and whether there will be a second round, concluding the process.
- Could you give a brief introduction of yourself?
- How long have you been in Germany, when did you start school, and how long did you study the language?
- Why did you decide to interview with us? How did you find out about our company?
