Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brose.
Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward and fast interview process. First, there was a technical round with questions that were pretty average and depended on the situation. After that, I had a managerial interview, and the last one was with HR. They mostly asked about things on my resume.
- Tell me about your experience with Core Abap.
- How proficient are you with Abap on HANA?
- Can you explain CDS AMDP?
Project Engineer
So I had 2 interviews. The first one was with HR and it went fine. The second one was a technical interview. They took 4 weeks to let me know I didn't get the job because I was overqualified. I didn't like how they seemed to look down on candidates and didn't trust them.
- What are your reasons for wanting to join this company?
- Can you share details about your past work experiences?
Engineer
Warm welcome, and the interview was with HR and the technical department. This is a typical application process. After a little small talk about the journey.... we moved on to discuss the company and then technical topics.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- And what about your weaknesses?
- Can you describe your past projects?
