Applying was straightforward. The initial phone screen was quite simple, and the recruiter was really pleasant. Following that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, but it felt a bit underwhelming. He seemed rushed and actually cut the interview short. The questions were basic, like inquiring about my interest in the company and asking me to discuss my background in planning.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews where I spoke with several managers and leaders across the company. HR was also very responsive, letting me know the same day if I'd advance to the next stage.

Standard interview process with quick responses to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was with two managers and after that initial meeting there was one-on-one in-person interviews with 5 separate managers. The in-person interview process was a bit overkill but understandable.
