BDR
We had 1 informational zoom session with several other candidates, followed by a quick 1 on 1 screen. After that, there were phone screens to evaluate experience/job relevancy. The final stage was an in-person interview, which was 30 minutes and included an analysis/presentation and a cold call exercise.
- Describe your strategy for cold calling.

First, listened to the CEO for about 30 minutes, then had a 10-minute slot with a recruiter, though I waited about an hour. That went well, and the next step was a 1:1 with a more senior recruiter, which also went well. They record every interview. Then, I was given a case study to complete in an hour, which I found pretty easy. After that, I reviewed and explained my work to a senior executive who said I got 100% correct. The final step involved preparing two presentations based on their materials, taking about 6-8 hours. On the interview day, I had technical difficulties with the Teams meeting; I was in the wrong room initially and then had audio issues that seemed to be on their end, but it was used against me. After all these rounds and preparation, I felt my time was wasted as they didn't hire me.
- Can you describe a project you've worked on?

Applied on LinkedIn EasyApply. About 60 of us got invited to a virtual hour-long presentation and Q&A with the CEO on a Saturday. After that, there was a 10 min interview with a manager with 4 cookie-cutter questions. They let us know the same week if we made it to the next step. The following interview was 30 mins with someone from their Corporate Operations staff. They asked various behavioral questions, basically 9 out of the top 10 from LinkedIn. Then, I had to do a 45 min online assessment about leadership and management style. They decided not to move forward based on that, informing me via email. Nobody seemed enthusiastic about interviewing, felt like they were just going through the motions, possibly due to high turnover. The interviews weren't hard, but the overall vibe wasn't impressive.
- Can you share an instance where you upheld integrity at work?
- Describe your leadership style and justify its effectiveness.
- What are your thoughts on integrity in a professional setting, and can you provide an example?

The whole thing took about two weeks and had 4 parts. It started with the CEO giving a presentation in a group Zoom call with everyone applying, and then a quick 10-minute chat with each person. Next, there was a 30-minute interview with a junior recruiter, followed by a survey asking about how you act in different situations. After that, I had to do a basic case study about factory throughput. The last part involved a few presentations and then an interview with a group of people.
- When you're assigning tasks, what factors do you take into account?
