I applied in-store and was told to also apply online. The first interview was with the Store Manager, and I was then directed to a computer in the back room. This part took about 30 minutes and mostly involved questions about customer interactions, training others, and client management. The second interview was a phone call with the District Manager that lasted 30-40 minutes. This interview was very specific, focusing on my previous managerial experience.

I had an initial interview that went on for over an hour with lots of detailed questions, but nothing too unusual. After that, they gave me a tour of the store and a quick rundown of the products. I was told the district manager would call me for a second interview. A few days later, the district manager called and we set up an over-the-phone interview, which also lasted over an hour. Then, out of the blue, I got an email to go for a drug test. I passed the test and got another call a few days later with a job offer.
