Applied and then got a call about 2 weeks later to interview. The interview was over Zoom with 2 senior attorneys. They asked me why I wanted to work in PD and stuff like that. I got an offer about a week after that.

I got a call for an interview 2 days after applying, and interviewed the same week, getting an offer by the end of that week. The first round was with 2 supervisors and a staff member from the team. They went over the role and how the practice operates. The supervisors led the questioning, going through my resume and asking how I'd handle tough situations or unreasonable requests. The second and final interview was with the executive director, which felt more like a meet-and-greet to put a face to the resume.

I applied online and had a connected attorney friend recommend me, and was contacted 2 weeks later to come in for an interview. Two attorneys interviewed me, and it was a pretty even split between (1) them asking me standard interview questions, about stuff like multitasking and why I wanted to work there, and (2) describing the team that they work on, which was somewhat complicated as it was an integrated area of criminal and family law. They gave in-depth examples of some intense cases that they were working on, so be prepared to hear some potentially rough stuff. They emailed me 3 weeks after the interview to let me know that they hired someone else.
