Behavioral

It was mostly behavioral questions and some questions about the industry. I first had an HR call, then two more interviews with people on the team I'd be joining. The interviews were pretty much driven by the candidate, where most of the time was spent asking the interviewers about the job and the company.

Behavioral Technical

Went through two interviews. The first one was with a new junior analyst, and the second one was with a VP. It was mostly behavioral questions, with some technical ones about CRE. Didn't get the job, but felt like I did well. The interviewers were nice. The first person seemed new and a bit nervous talking to people.

Behavioral

After applying, an HR person reached out for an interview about five days later. It was a 30-minute phone call that felt really robotic, like I was talking to a computer. The interviewer didn't seem very engaged and was obviously just reading questions from a list instead of having a real chat. After I answered things, there were just awkward quiet moments, and I had to prompt them to know what to do next. I don't know if it was a mind game or they were just trying to hit a target, but it wasn't great, especially for an internship role.
