The interview process was quite intimidating, and I wasn't expecting it to be a panel interview. What was discussed in person didn't quite match the job description. It seems they hire several executive assistants and then decide where to place you based on where they think you'd be a good fit, so you don't really know your exact placement beforehand. I was initially told by the recruiter that I'd be supporting 3-5 SVPs, but during the interview, they mentioned I might be supporting a team of up to 20 individuals.

They were really prepared for my visit. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel welcome. They made sure to allocate sufficient time for each part of the interview. The questions they asked were insightful, and they also asked about my career aspirations. The whole team came across as professional and curious.
