First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brookfield.
Accountant
Scheduled an interview with HR for 2 days later. On the day of the interview, 30 minutes passed with no sign of the interviewer. I tried to reach out via email multiple times but got no reply. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional to not get any heads-up or apology. I guess they ghosted me, which is a first for me.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Accountant
The interview process was quite quick and consisted of two rounds that happened consecutively. I met with most of the team members, and everyone was really nice. The interviews were mostly behavioral, and they didn't expect deep technical knowledge.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
Accounts Payable
I met with the AP team leader and some managers. It was a pretty standard interview, honestly. They asked a mix of professional questions, covering both behavioral and technical aspects. Just make sure you're ready for it.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience in Accounts Payable?
- What is your usual daily volume for processing invoices?
