The interview process was short but exhausting. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I interviewed with the VP of Regional Operations, followed by the VP of Asset Management. After that, I met with the Senior VP of Asset Management, and finally, the Executive Vice President of Asset Management.

So, for a role they said was super urgent, the interview process took ages. I went through 5 interviews over 5 months, and then they told me I'd get an offer the next week. But then another whole month passed before they let me know I didn't get the job and couldn't give me any details. The people I interviewed with were really nice and knew their stuff, and the interviews themselves went well. But the whole process and how they communicated? Total thumbs down.
