Met with the in-house HR / recruiter, she was pleasant and informative about the department. After that, I met with the department, but wasn't offered the position. The interview questions weren't difficult but not easy either. I think it's more of a fit thing.

I was contacted by email about being selected to schedule an initial phone interview. I picked a date and time, but when that date came, I wasn't called. After waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled interview time without a call, I emailed the recruiter to find out what happened. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back or received any follow-up about my interview. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed with how this whole process went.
