Behavioral

I interviewed with 3 managers and HR from Brookfield for an IT department role. There was a lack of communication between the managers and HR regarding my requests. The manager's tone was rude, making it a bad experience overall, despite being told the culture and communication were great. I received a verbal offer but no written offer for two weeks, and then the company went silent. I declined the offer after receiving it because I saw the company's true colors. I'm glad I didn't accept. Other departments might have different experiences.

The interview process was pretty straightforward with 2 rounds. First, I spoke with an analyst in a mostly behavioral interview where we discussed the role. Then, I had a second round with a VP that included both behavioral and technical questions.
