Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brook Street.
Administrative Assistant
They sent over an interview invite really fast. The interview itself was pretty short and simple, conducted virtually. They asked about five questions related to competencies, and I got a job offer pretty quickly after it was done.
- Can you share an instance where you collaborated within a team?
Administrative Assistant
I went through a few steps with a placement agency. First, I had to take a logical test at their office. Then, I had to fill out a form with my personal information online. After that, we discussed what kind of roles I was interested in. I also talked about my background, skills, and what I'm looking for. Finally, we went over the vetting process, references, and my availability.
- In what ways can your previous experience be advantageous to us?
Administrative Assistant
Had one phone call and then a formal interview with the branch manager. The interview felt good and friendly, and the manager was very professional. They really dug into my CV. The whole thing took about 45 minutes to an hour. I got the offer about two days after the first interview.
- Tell me about your previous experiences and how they can benefit this role.
