First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brock & Scott, PLLC.
Legal Assistant
This was my second time applying to Brock & Scott. The first time, they called me for an interview shortly after I applied, but by the time I called back, the position was already filled. This time, I had an interview with the director of operations collections. She was very friendly, and the interview was very personal and one-on-one, with no strategic questions. I thought it went well and I had gotten the job because they said they would call back. To my surprise, I never heard from the firm and ended up taking a temp position. The week I started the temp job, Brock & Scott called and offered me the position.

Paralegal
It was focused on my paralegal experience. They asked specific questions about the paralegal process for the complaints department. We also discussed compensation and work schedule. It was pretty easy overall because I got a referral.

Legal Assistant
I applied online and got a call a few days later to see if I was still interested. I had my interview that same day. The interviewer told me it would take two weeks to get an answer, but I got the job offer just a few hours later.
