First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brock & Scott, PLLC.
Associate Attorney
It was a super fast, single-stage interview. We discussed my resume, and I got to give a rundown of my background and what I can do. It was straightforward. I heard back within a day.
- Could you walk me through your resume?
Resolution Specialist
I met with 5 people in a conference room for the interview. It was pretty straightforward. They asked about my past experience and how it applied to being a resolution specialist.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer.
Data Entry Specialist
The interview was kinda weird... I got hired pretty fast though. They took me to a room with 3 managers who asked questions kinda strangely and made faces at each other while nodding randomly. They all seemed unfriendly from the start and my gut feeling was right. They don't have a set way of picking people, the general manager just grabs resumes that were sent in and picks a few to interview.
- What was the reason for leaving your last role?
Legal Assistant
This was my second time applying to Brock & Scott. The first time, they called me for an interview shortly after I applied, but by the time I called back, the position was already filled. This time, I had an interview with the director of operations collections. She was very friendly, and the interview was very personal and one-on-one, with no strategic questions. I thought it went well and I had gotten the job because they said they would call back. To my surprise, I never heard from the firm and ended up taking a temp position. The week I started the temp job, Brock & Scott called and offered me the position.
