Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Broadridge.
Management Trainee
the panel interview was not good, they seemed pretty biased. They also didn't provide a job description, and at the end, they vaguely mentioned needing people for their SDLC lifecycle. It would have been better to have a JD for the role. About 80% of the people in the room had no clue about the role.
- Tell me about the basics of cybersecurity.
- Can you explain things from your resume?
Customer Relationship Manager
I went through a long interview process that spanned over a month. There were four interviews in total, and the last one was in person. They made it seem like I was already hired, which was a bit strange. But then, after the holidays, they just stopped responding. I tried reaching out to them and the recruiter, but nothing. No rejection email, nothing. It was pretty unprofessional and misleading, especially after all the time I put into it.
- Can you discuss your previous job experience and connect it to the requirements of this position?
- How would you approach hypothetical scenarios that might arise in this role?
Manager
The interview process was pretty good and very straightforward! They were upfront about what the job offered and what to expect. Salary, bonus incentives, and benefits were all clearly explained, along with how to expect raises, reviews, and job progression moving forward.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What led you to leave your last role?
