The interview process was pretty unprofessional. The second interviewer didn't even show up for the scheduled Zoom call. They also didn't follow up to reschedule, which makes me think I dodged a bullet.

It was a long interview process, lasting a couple months, with 4 separate video interviews. All interviews were 1 on 1 with nice, friendly, and smart people. They asked questions mostly about my resume, experience and skills, my interest in Broadridge, and my career goals. There were some minor hiccups like personnel changes during the process, but overall it was a great experience.

The process might seem obvious, but it's crucial to know your resume inside and out. I'd almost forgotten about an old econ paper I wrote, and they asked for an update on it. A VP interviewed me and meticulously went through my entire resume. There were no questions about general fit or situational hypotheticals; it was all strictly experience-based.
