This evaluation will check your experience in process management, how you solve problems, communicate, and if you can adapt to our work environment. Expect questions about your experience with workflows, juggling tasks, and times you faced tough situations. They might also ask about software you know, your ability to work under pressure, and if you understand the industry or company.
- Can you share an example of when you found and fixed an issue related to a process?
Process Associate
So, the interview process had about 3 phases: a written test, then a technical round, and finally a manager round. Honestly, it was pretty easy and they made me feel comfortable. Since I was a fresher, they focused on my projects and my knowledge of Excel, Word, and Excel shortcuts. They also asked me to talk about their operations.
- Can you tell me about your project?
- What can you tell me about your experience with Excel?
- What can you tell me about your experience with Word?
Process Associate
It was good overall but they never got back with the results. According to the email, there were supposed to be 3 rounds: first an aptitude test, then technical, and then an HR round. However, after the aptitude round, they directly went to the HR round, and there was no technical round.
- All basic questions since there was no technical round for me.
