The interview process was focused on technical skills and included a conversation. It wasn't super detailed but had a good mix of behavioral and technical elements. They really emphasized research and asked about time management. They also asked how my previous job would help me in this role.

I applied online after seeing the posting on Monster. HR gave me a call, let me know I was being considered, and asked about my availability for a face-to-face interview. When I went in for the interview, everyone seemed super busy. The person scheduled to interview me was stuck in a conference. So, another person started interviewing me, asking about my school projects. About 10-15 minutes later, the person from the conference joined and asked me the exact same thing about my school project. They didn't ask any technical questions. A month later, I got an email saying they'd hired someone else.

  • Can you tell me about your school projects?
