Tiffany from Broadly reached out to me on Linkedin, and the entire process was smooth and very direct. After she talked about Broadly's culture and mission, I was really eager to find out more. She then set up a call with the Sales Development Manager, and following that conversation, we scheduled an in-person interview. The onsite interview was excellent, and I got a great sense of the company and its employees. They seem to be a dedicated and close-knit team who are genuinely passionate about supporting small business owners. Great culture, impactful mission, and a clear path for career advancement.

I applied online and got a call from Tiffany the next day. She was really friendly and nice on the phone, and we connected right away. She asked me some basic sales questions and why I was looking for a new job. Then she told me she would bring me in for an onsite interview and even gave me tips on how to prepare right then and there. A week later, I had an onsite interview at Broadly in Oakland. The office is in a super convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the 12th street bart. The onsite interview wasn't as scary or intimidating as I thought it would be. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The questions were tough, but the vibe was really open and friendly, making it easier to think of good answers.

I got referred to Broadly and then received an email about eight days before the interview with the specifics. The interview had three people, and each one talked to me for 20 minutes. Everyone I met was friendly and upfront about how things would go. They asked me about what I thought the role entailed and what I knew about Broadly. After those interviews, there was a meet and greet where I met other folks who worked there, and they all seemed to like their jobs. They got back to me really fast.
