The interview process started with a thirty minute screen call with HR, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, and concluded with in-person interviews with the CSM team. Broadly prioritizes finding candidates who are a great fit for their amazing culture, and many questions were geared towards assessing this cultural alignment. Other questions focused on your background and how it would translate to the role. The entire process from start to finish was great. Everyone was very open and honest about Broadly and the role, and it's clear they have a passion for the company.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a really bad interview experience with Broadly, a company I was initially excited about. The recruiter and hiring manager were good, but the final interviews were awful. One person was super rude and disrespectful, mocking me and my background. Her behavior was unprofessional and ruined my chances, even though everyone else liked me. It still bothers me how I was treated. Overall, it was a negative experience, and I'd warn others about this company because of that one toxic person.

Behavioral Case

I got a recruiter call, which was an informal chat about the job and what comes next. Then I had a phone interview with a manager. After that, I was invited to the office to interview with four managers back-to-back. It was nice meeting other interviewees and having a drink afterwards. I was told to expect an update the next day. The process and expectations were clear. Everyone was communicative and nice. The hiring process was efficient and professional. Even though I was nervous, the managers made me feel comfortable and excited about joining Broadly.
