Behavioral

I wanted to share my experience with how this company recruits. It was pretty bad and not professional. I get that I might not have been the perfect fit, but the way they told me was rude and made me feel bad. Instead of useful feedback, they made me feel small about my current job level and experience. They even said I was only good for "machine dirty work," which was disrespectful and uncalled for. Recruiting should be a two-way street with respect. This felt more like they wanted to put me down than see if I was a good fit.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process begins with a screening round for basic data gathering. Then there are two technical rounds: the first focuses on theory, use cases, debugging, and experience, while the second is a coding round. Finally, there's a managerial round involving discussions about behavior, live use cases, and experiences.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with 10 product engineers and managers, all in one day. Each session was 45 minutes long. There was also a 90-minute lunch interview with the hiring manager and a senior product engineer. For the first 9 interviews, I think they went pretty well. We discussed product engineering duties, like handling products from the initial design through production release, and even to their end-of-life phase. Topics included cost saving projects, test correlations, device characterization, and product reliability qualifications (HTOL, ESD, Latch Up), and package qualifications (HAST, HTS, TC), and so on.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the methodology behind the Latch-up test?
  • Could you describe the process for conducting ESD (CDM & HBM) tests?
