This job is demanding and involves upselling, which is great if that's what you're looking for, but they didn't make that clear during the interview.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The initial phone interview was quite simple. It involved a few questions about me, a brief overview of my resume, and an explanation of the interview stages and what to expect. After that, I had my main interview, which was a very straightforward competency-based interview. The interviewers were friendly and helpful, giving me time to think and clarifying questions when I didn't understand the wording. They suggested using the STAR method and preparing some scenarios beforehand. Following the competency questions, there was a role-play scenario. I was given a fictional customer account with a hold that still incurred a late fee, and I had complete freedom to manage the situation. As long as the resolution stayed within the company's core values, such as showing empathy and being willing to waive fees if appropriate, it should be fine.
