I got a call from them expressing interest in bringing me in for an interview. The recruiter I spoke with on the phone was super professional. Honestly, she's the reason I came in. I liked how friendly she was and still very to the point. Then I interviewed with Travis. He was down to earth and had a commanding presence. It was fun and at times a little stressful.

The hiring process typically involves 2-3 interviews, depending on the candidate. My first interview was over the phone due to scheduling constraints. It was with an HR recruiter and focused on my character and management style. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring director. This second interview covered questions about my management style and my past personal, professional, and educational experiences, focusing on how they make me a good fit for the role (basically, selling myself). I received an offer within 24 hours of finishing the second interview.
