This was a 30-minute on-campus interview process, which was pretty smooth and easy. They do offer virtual interviews as well as in-person office location interviews. You have to clear an Online Assessment (OA) before the on-campus interview. A lot of colleges participate for similar roles, so there's quite a bit of competition.

So, I had this whole thing where I told them my salary expectations upfront, like 30% more than I was making. The HR person, Sujata, said it was cool. But then, after they picked me, the offer was way less, only about a 10% increase. They promised it would be fixed closer to my joining date, so I went ahead and tried to leave my old job early. Sujata even threatened to pull the offer if I didn't get out quickly. I managed to leave early, but then Brillio's own mess caused more delays. Even though I was available early, they kept pushing things back. Sujata and Shantanu (HR Head) kept saying the offer letter was almost ready, just needing final approval. For like 12 days straight, they told me daily it would be approved that day and I'd get the letter. Nothing ever happened. Then Sujata started ignoring my calls. Another HR person, Monica, basically told me Sujata was avoiding me because there was no good news. After 10 days of daily 'updates,' all the HR people just went silent, leaving me totally in the dark. Because they messed up, I lost 21 days of pay waiting for an offer letter that was super late. This whole stressful waiting game and their broken promises made me wonder if being honest and not juggling offers was worth it. It really shows why people get multiple offers – companies like this can't keep their word. Overall, it was super unprofessional and disorganized. If you're thinking about Brillio, be ready for chaos and last-minute drama because their hiring process seems totally random.
