Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brillio.
Project Manager
The interview process included a telephonic interview with two rounds, the last of which was with HR. The questions focused on my projects and challenges encountered. The second round was with a senior person and felt more like a discussion.
- Can you describe your past projects and any difficulties you experienced?
- What are your thoughts on e-commerce domain-specific questions?
Project Manager
I applied for a project manager role and cleared the first round which was a 60min interview taken by the delivery head. I was then scheduled for a second round, but unfortunately, I was rejected after they asked just one basic question. When I asked HR for feedback, they weren't sure why I was rejected and couldn't provide a valid reason. The HR process and interview experience were very poor, especially when they reject candidates without a clear reason. I recommend looking for other options as you can't fully depend on their interview process.
- Could you describe your approach to managing a team?
- What are your strategies for planning and mitigating risks?
Project Manager
So I got a call for an interview, and my first round was with a senior project manager. I passed that, and the second round was set up with the MD. But, like, the day before, they just cancelled it without saying why. It's pretty annoying when they don't explain why they're cancelling, you know? Just ghosting candidates. Really bad experience.
- Can you tell me about Scrum Methodology?
- What projects have you handled?
- What was the size of the teams you managed?
