First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brillio.
Full Stack Developer
The interview process was quick and went well. They seem to know how to find the right candidates and ask relevant questions. The interviewer was nice and easy to talk to.
- Can you explain what a Ref is in React and its purpose?
Full Stack Developer
I cleared all technical rounds. However, after that, HR asked about my expected CTC, which we had discussed before the interview process and agreed upon, stating they had a budget for it. After clearing all the interviews, the HR is now saying sorry, they only have a budget of an amount 6 lakhs less than what was agreed upon. It's not just wasting their time, but also the candidate's time. After 1 to 1.5 hours of discussion across 3 rounds, you're saying you don't have the budget. I would request you to stop wasting your time and the candidate's time, as I could have been interviewing with other companies.
- Tell me about basic Java 8 features.
- Explain Java Streams.
- What is the difference between Flatmap and Map?
Senior Fullstack Developer
I completed 4 rounds, two technical and two techno-managerial. But still I didn't get any call from HR. The strange thing is, in the managerial round, the manager himself told me about the project and the client. Even the HR said she would schedule an HR interview, but till now, no call. I'm trying to call them, but they are not responding. What a pity... One of the worst experiences I've ever faced. Good luck Brillio.
