First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brillio.
Lead Engineer
So, there were 4 stages in the interview process: first an HR round, then a technical round, followed by an architect round, and finally a product owner round. They asked stuff related to the technology I applied for. No DSA or AI questions since they weren't relevant. It was a great interview and I liked how fast it was.
- Can you explain the use cases for useState?
- Could you define what hooks are in React?
Product Engineer
The interview process started with a 3-hour online assessment that had 2 coding questions, 2 SQL queries, cognitive analysis, and technical questions. Then, there was a group discussion round, which was offline. They split us into groups of 10-12 people and gave us a topic to discuss. We had to share our views, and it was an elimination round. The third round was a technical interview, also offline. A senior architect interviewed me. They asked me to introduce myself, explain why I wanted to join Brillio, and how Brillio stood out from my other options. They also asked me to describe how an online platform like Gpay works and write two SQL queries. I did not get selected for the fourth round, which was the HR round.
- Could you tell us about yourself?
- What motivated your interest in joining Brillio?
- How does Brillio differentiate itself from other opportunities you're considering?
Senior Engineer
Application I got call from their HR. The process took 1 month (tooooo long). I interviewed at Brillio (Bangalore). Interview First was F2F technical discussion followed by a manager and HR round. They call you for the interview process even if your are out of their compensation budget.
- All types of basic questions in Tableau Desktop and Server along with some tricky questions.
- One scenario in the Manager round.
