Operations Associate
I applied on indeed.com and got an email from HR to schedule a phone interview for the next week. The interview felt pretty professional. Initially, there was background noise from the other end of the line. Then, it suddenly got very quiet when I started answering, so I asked "Hello?" to check if the call dropped, but it turned out the HR might have muted themselves. The questions were standard, with no math or specific inventory questions involved. The interview was on Tuesday, and she mentioned I'd hear back by the end of the week, but I hadn't by Sunday night. Wish everyone good luck!

Operations Associate
I applied online, and then HR got in touch. We had a phone screen, and then I had a Skype interview. I thought it would be one or two hours, but it ended up being three and a half hours long. They had different people ask me the same questions over and over, and they didn't seem very interested in me as a candidate. They also tested my skills, which they hadn't mentioned beforehand and made me feel like they hadn't read my resume. One person was really rude and made me feel stupid when I didn't know an answer, while another person was nice and tried to encourage me.
- Can you describe a system you've worked with, detailing each operation?
Operations Associate
I got an email about an interview and we spoke on the phone for 15 minutes about me and the job. Then, I got another email to come in for an in-person interview. This interview was about 2 hours long, with a few people from operations, and we talked about my past work and did some exercises. After that, I got one more email for a follow-up interview. In this last interview, we discussed the different teams in operations and what they do. They offered me the Operations Assistant job at the end, but I turned it down because I wanted a role with more responsibilities.
