Customer Support Representative
Got contacted within 3 business days from applying. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks. There were 4 stages. The first 2 stages were with a manager and then a team lead. The third stage was a short writing assignment which was pretty easy. The 4th stage was an interview with: team lead, two managers and a team associate. Throughout every stage of the interview, I was hearing very positive feedback but didn’t end up getting hired.

Software Engineer
The interview process was very similar to what others have described. The company itself was interesting to learn about, and the people I met were very nice. The actual interviews weren't too difficult. However, when it came to the offer stage, they offered less than the salary range stated in the job description, and they wouldn't negotiate at all. This made the whole experience feel like a waste of time, with several red flags appearing during the offer process. During the initial recruiter screen, I mentioned that the advertised range would work, assuming the offer would be somewhere in the middle, not at the very bottom or even below it. It's important to be clear about your compensation expectations upfront to avoid wasting your time.

The interview had at least 4 rounds, all done over Zoom, which I felt was a bit of a time-waster. I applied on 8/16 and got an email for a phone interview 5 days later. The recruiter asked me why I wanted to leave my current company, what I liked about customer service, and my salary expectations. He then said I'd move on to an interview with the customer service manager via Zoom. I scheduled that for two days later. The manager asked about my working style, teamwork, and how I deal with angry customers. It was about 30 minutes and pretty chill. After that, they told me the next step was a writing assignment, which made sense for a live chat/email customer service job. I got an email from the first recruiter with the assignment questions, which seemed easy. There were about 6 questions from a customer's perspective, and I had to answer using info from their website. I basically greeted them, copied and pasted some website info, reworded it a bit to show effort, and closed by offering further assistance. Once I submitted that, I got another email to schedule the next interview, which was a panel with two CSR leads and the manager I'd already spoken with. They asked about handling situations, working style, acceptance of no advancement opportunities, stress management, and adaptability. They finished by asking if I had questions, and I did ask some, which they seemed impressed by. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes but finished in under 30. The next day, I was told they were moving on with other candidates. They did mention that if hired, there's one more round with the COO.

Senior Role
The interview process was extremely long and confusing. It was hard to tell what they were trying to achieve with multiple rounds of interviews that all seemed similar. Pay attention to the negative employee reviews; my impression of the CEO is consistent with some of those reviews. He appeared very angry. The other founder, Hamel, seems to be the amiable one in the company and is likely the key person keeping things moving forward.
