First, you'll send in a Loom video explaining why you're interested in Brightwheel. Then, there's a phone screen. Following that, we'll have a Zoom call where we do a cold call role-play. You'll get some info beforehand, and after the first go, you'll get feedback from me and do it again. After that, there are more questions.

HR reached out for a phone screening to talk about the company and ask some questions. If you move on, you'll get an invite for a 30-min recorded cold-call role-play with a SDR manager. Then, there's a 30-min interview with another SDR manager where they ask more formal interview questions.

The recruiting manager was pretty nice at first, explaining the role is strictly cold calling, no warm leads. I asked about quota and current SDR numbers, but when I asked how many SDRs consistently hit quota, her tone changed. She asked why I asked that and told me not to ask that in interviews, which felt like a red flag, so I ended the call.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Could you tell me about yourself?
  • Are you okay with making over 115 cold calls daily?
  • Can you commit to setting at least 14 demo appointments per month?
