First, there's a group interview on Zoom with a talent acquisition specialist. After that, you'll have 1-2 interviews with people from the specific community you applied to, which would be your manager and possibly the Executive Director.

I scheduled my initial interview online, but the time I picked wasn't available. Someone called to see if I could reschedule to another day they had. I said no, so they said they'd let me know if they made a reschedule date. 15 minutes later, another person from Brightview called saying my initial interview time was unavailable, and asked if I could do the other day they had lined up. I said no again and told them they had already called about this. The next day, I got a call saying my initial interview time was cancelled and asked if I could do the other day they had scheduled. I told them this was ridiculous due to the lack of communication. She then said they had a new day and time available, so I agreed to interview. Two hours later, Brightview called back saying my original interview time was unavailable and they'd need to reschedule, but they had a new time and date that might better fit my needs. If I wasn't so desperate for a job, I'd have hung up. The last call was number 4. It was a group interview, but not by job; we were all interviewing for different positions, which was odd. I left knowing I didn't want the job. After I got home, I had a phone interview and they said they'd let me know by October if I got the job. Within 15 minutes, I got an email saying I didn't get the job, but that was followed by ANOTHER email 2 days later saying I didn't get the job. Such a disorganized company.

Group Behavioral Presentation

Since they were just opening the site, we went to a hotel for a group interview. When we got into the room, we picked a table where two of their managers were already seated. There were about 5-6 candidates at each table, and three of us were applying for the same job title. The managers introduced themselves and told us there would be seven questions to answer, and we could tackle them in any order we liked.
