The interview experience was decent, felt friendly, and was quick, though the place seemed a bit short-staffed. It was pretty average overall, nothing really out of the ordinary. Just get ready for the typical 'Tell me about yourself' question. Nothing too thrilling.

It was a really chill and fun interview. They gave me a quick personality test that was super simple. The manager then had me come into a back room and offered me some water, which was nice. We chatted about why I wanted to join Brighton and my previous work history. They were mainly trying to get a feel for me and see if I'd fit in with the team.

You need to go to the store and ask if they're hiring. Make sure you look presentable because people will judge you right when you walk in. Don't wear ripped clothes, and don't be pushy if they're busy with another customer. Wait patiently, then ask for an application. If they're interested and have an open position, they'll contact you or set up an in-person interview. They might also do a background check.
