I had interviews that went deep into my resume and past work. Then I did a mock role play, followed by another interview. After that, I visited their office for an in-person session that included three more interviews. It was pretty thorough, but I felt like they really got to know me. My recruiter was also very involved throughout, which helped me understand what to expect.

I was recruited out of college. They wouldn't fly me out for an in-person interview like most companies do. It seemed like they had low expectations for lead generation, but high expectations for the role. The manager in the Tampa office seemed like a good leader, from what I could tell.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy at first. However, you eventually reach the TalentWise stage after you've already received an offer. This part feels like a total mess, honestly. It seems like they are actively trying to avoid hiring you even after making an offer. TalentWise is for verification, but if your job titles don't match, it flags it.
