First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BrightCurrent.
Solar Ambassador
So the process started with a phone screening with HR. Then they set up a skype interview, but we had technical issues so it was basically another phone call. They wanted me to be dressed for the role though. The person interviewing me was really nice and seemed super positive. After getting the offer, I had to go to a training session at their main office in Oakland. It was pretty cool 'cause other solar companies were there too, so I got to chat with some of their founders and hear their perspectives on the industry.

Solar Ambassador

After the Skype call, I got an offer and took it. The following week, I went in for about 3 days of training.

- Are you more effective working collaboratively or independently?
Solar Ambassador
I got a call to set up an interview which was happening in 2 days. We talked over Skype. The interviewer was really nice and seemed to be in their mid-20s. The questions were easy and fun.
