Applied online and talked to the recruiter by email. They said there were 4 stages: first a coding assignment, then 2 more technical interviews with engineers. Both interviews were in Javascript and one was supposed to be system design, but I didn't get to that one.

Got approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, then had an assignment that wasn't too hard but needed to be done in Google Docs. Waited a week for an email about next steps, but no calls. Had a video tech interview. The interviewer didn't really introduce himself, just said his name, and went straight into the interview without small talk. I had an hour for 3 JS assignments, also in Google Docs. They only cared about the answers, not the thought process. It was an awful interview. Rejected by email. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend.

So, first off, I had this home assignment, you know, with 2 parts to it: first, solve a common algorithm problem, and second, make some existing code better. Then, I had two more live coding sessions. The coding tasks themselves weren't crazy hard or long, but they really cared about how fast you could go and if your code was clean and up to par.
