Account Executive
The initial hiring interview was super weird. The recruiters questions were fairly standard but seemed super disinterested and acted weird the whole time. She doubted my experience and qualifications, and was generally unfriendly. I pulled out my application. Additionally if you’re based in Europe they hire you third party so you need to have your own company or be a consultant. Either way is dodgy and pretty much allows them to avoid any employee liabilities (pension etc) and makes it easier for them to get rid of you.
- Can you discuss your experience, ACV, and lead generation?
Data Analyst
First interview was 30 minutes with HR. Second remote interview was 30 minutes with the team lead, including some technical questions. Afterwards, I had a home assignment. It was in a spreadsheet that was badly formatted and contained questions for ML engineers, which I was told to skip. It had too many questions overall, based on an IMDB data export with no business context or real use-cases, just really boring and tedious.
- What is the most popular movie genre?
- Using KPIs you select, identify the top 5 directors.
- Create a BI dashboard to assist a film producer in selecting a director for a new movie.
Product Marketing Manager
The interview process was amazing and moved really fast. It included an assignment and then two in-office interviews. The company seems amazing. They made me an offer but wanted me in the office in Netanya 5 days a week until I had ramped up, without committing to a fixed onboarding period. I rejected the offer because I was sold on the position being 3 days a week in the office, and I needed flexibility for my partner's work schedule as well.

BI Developer
I applied on the company website and was contacted within a few days by a recruiter who spoke Russian. She inquired about my Hebrew and English proficiency, shared some company details, and mentioned that the hiring manager would reach out via WhatsApp. Following this, I had a 30-minute video call with another recruiter. During this call, the recruiter repeatedly suggested learning Hebrew, despite the work being entirely in English, which was a bit discouraging given the challenges of language acquisition for new immigrants. After the call, I received a Technical Home Assignment involving SQL and Tableau. The recruiter estimated it would take about an hour, but I found it took at least three hours. Finally, there was a 30-minute call with the Tech Lead to review the home assignment, where I was asked to explain my solution without any further questions or opportunity for me to ask questions, and no feedback was provided.
