The interview process was pretty simple. I first talked to some web team students who asked me some questions. There were 3 application questions: 1) HTML syntax, 2) a coding challenge in a language I like, and 3) a database question. If they thought I was a good fit, I then went back for a second round with the full-time supervisor for more of a meet-and-greet style interview.

They will have you in for a first interview with a leader in the web team and another member. They will go over general interview questions you would expect anywhere. They also give you a programming test that you should take seriously as it makes a big difference in how they evaluate candidates. You need to be strong in relational database design and SQL calls. You should be able to read any computer language and give a general description of what is going on. You should also be well versed in XHTML.
