Executive Assistant
It's been a while, but it took a long time to hear back from HR.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Administrative Assistant
I went through multiple interviews for 3 different roles at the hospital. My qualifications include a B.A. and a strong work history, and I've worked for partners before. The entire interview process across the three sections took about a month. I'm relieved I didn't get selected for one of the positions because the doctor seemed really arrogant. For another, I haven't heard back and honestly don't care. The third position went as far as references completing an online survey, but the coordinator never replied to my emails about the next steps, even though she told me to reach out with questions. My references took time to complete the survey, but the coordinator can't even give me an update on my candidacy? It's really telling how this hospital operates. Good job, Brigham.

Administrative Assistant
Following the initial phone screening, I had separate meetings with the practice manager and the physician. Both were very welcoming. The HR questions felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview.
- What are your aspirations for your career?
- What makes you want this job?
