I had a phone call that lasted about 20 minutes, and then they immediately invited me for an in-person interview. About a week later, I met with the person I initially spoke to, along with two other business analysts.

I got referred by an employee, and then the company recruiter screened me. After that, they set up interviews for me with the hiring manager and then another interview with some team members. All the team members we very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Both the team members and the manager took great care to make sure they described the culture, the pace and various concerns they were facing. They really want to pick a candidate that will enhance their team and at the same time get along with their team. The team was very good about answering my questions and they understood I was also trying to determine if I felt this relationship would be good with the team and company. It was obvious that the Brierley team cares about their work, their customers and their culture. I am still waiting to hear who they select.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Had a quick phone chat, then a writing task. After that, I went in for an interview with the hiring manager, and then a group interview with about 4-5 other BAs. It felt like a waste of time because I never heard back. I followed up but got no response, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with B+P.
